Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Nootroceutics (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information, in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
- When you sign up: your first name and email address, and your consent to receive emails from us.
- When you order: your name, WhatsApp number, delivery address and order details.
- When you visit the site: our website host may record standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
- To send you your welcome code, ritual notes and news about our products, if you've agreed to it.
- To process, deliver and support your orders.
- To answer your questions.
We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Who helps us
We use trusted service providers to run the business, and they only process your information to provide their service to us:
- Email: our email provider stores our mailing list and sends our emails. It may store information outside South Africa.
- Ordering: WhatsApp, for order conversations.
- Payments: card payments go through a secure payment provider. We never see or store your card details, and we will never ask for them over WhatsApp.
- Delivery: a courier receives your name, number and delivery address to deliver your order.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from our emails at any time, using the link in every email.
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
- Object to us using your information for marketing.
- Complain to the Information Regulator if you're unhappy with how we've handled your information: inforegulator.org.za or POPIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up details until you unsubscribe, and order records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and we only give access to people and service providers who need it.

Terms of Sale
Our products
Nootroceutics products are complementary medicines, sold as part of a daily wellness ritual. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Research described on this website relates to individual ingredients, not to Nootroceutics products.
This unregistered medicine has not been evaluated by the SAHPRA for its quality, safety or intended use.
If you're on medication, pregnant, breastfeeding or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before use. Please read the label and the safety notes on our FAQ.
Ordering
Orders are placed with us on WhatsApp. Your order is confirmed once we've received payment, and we'll let you know if anything is out of stock.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in South African rand and are the full price payable, excluding delivery.
- Pay by EFT, or by card through a secure payment link we send you. We will never ask for your card details over WhatsApp.
Delivery
- Delivery is free on orders that include all three formulas (Cognition, Vitality and Harmony).
- For all other orders, we quote the delivery cost and timeframe on WhatsApp before you pay, based on your location.
- We currently deliver within South Africa.
Launch offer: sign-up code
- 15% off your first order placed directly with us, when you sign up to our mailing list. The code is sent by email.
- One use per person, on orders placed with us on WhatsApp. Not valid in retail stores.
- Available to new sign-ups until 29 December 2026. Not exchangeable for cash, and not combinable with other offers.
Returns and refunds
- If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.
- Because our products are consumables, we can't accept returns of opened products unless they are faulty.
- This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
